Mobile Customer Service Advisor
A vacancy has arisen within our Customer Service Team for a Mobile Customer Advisor to develop and maintain relationships with our customers, aid customer retention and maximise the benefit received by the company from the account.
The successful candidate will work from our offices in Alderley Edge reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager.
Duties to include but not restricted to:
• Development, maintenance and retention of customer relationships
• Informing customers of all Telecom products
• Resolving Queries within industry leading timescales
• Updating customer records
Essential Skills:
Mobile Communications knowledge
Computer Literacy
Experience in customer service/telesales/account development role
Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the telecommunications industry
Fixed line Knowledge
Hours: 37½ hours per week over 5 days flexible between the hours of 9.00 am and 6.00 pm to be agreed with Line Manager.
Holidays: 4 weeks paid holiday pa. plus Bank Holidays
Remuneration: A basic salary of £14,000 - £16,000 p.a. dependent upon experience plus commission package reviewed in May of each year. Plus a monthly bonus.
