Market Researcher

Chess Telecom, one of the UK’s fastest growing telecommunication companies, is looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join their Business Development Team. As a Market Researcher you will be asked to contact our existing customer base with a view to raising product and offer awareness and generating quality leads for conversion by our Business Solutions team.

The successful candidate will work from our offices in Alderley Edge reporting directly to the Business Development Team Manager.
Hours: 39½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.
Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 24 days p.a., plus public holidays
Remuneration: Up to £15,000 p.a. dependent upon experience (reviewed annually in May of each year)
Bonus: OTE up to £17,000 p.a.

Duties to include but not limited to:
• High Volume outbound calling
• Advise existing customers of our products and offers
• Generate quality sales leads
• Collate accurate customer information on our internal systems
