Internal Sales
An opportunity has arisen to become part of a growing internal sales team.
The successful candidate would work from Chess head office in Alderley Edge. Duties include inbound and outbound telephone calls into the membership bases of companies/organisations with whom we have affinity relationships.
Responsibility is to the Internal Sales Manager.
Duties to include but not restricted to:
• Making initial opening call to prospective customers
• Liaising with team members to maximise the database potential.
• Dealing with customer enquiries
Essential Skills:
Good customer service/internal sales skills
Good computer skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
Telecoms Industry Knowledge
Hours: 7½ hours per day flexible between the hours of 9.00 am and 6.00 pm to be agreed, 5 days per week.
Holidays: 4 weeks paid holiday pa. plus Bank Holidays
Remuneration: £14,000 - £18,000 basic p.a. dependent upon experience plus commission package to be agreed, OTE £25,000. Salary reviewed on an annual basis..
