
Credit Controller
Chess Telecom, one of the UK’s fastest growing telecommunication companies, is looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join their Credit Control Team.
The successful candidate will work from our offices in Alderley Edge reporting directly to the Credit Control Team Manager.
Hours: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.
Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 24 days p.a., plus public holidays
Basic salary: Up to £16,000 p.a. dependent upon experience reviewed in May of each year.
Bonus: Commission to be paid monthly.

Duties to include but not restricted to:
• Managing debtors ledger and actively chasing customers for payment
• Taking incoming customer telephone queries and resolving issues
• Assisting Credit Control Team Manager
• Sending out overdue Account letters and statements
Essential skills:
• Numerate
• GCSE Maths & English Grade C and above
• Good telephone manner
• Letter writing skills
Preferred skills
• Experience in a similar role
