
Business Support Team Member
Chess Telecom, one of the UK’s fastest growing telecommunication companies, is looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join their Business Support Team.
The successful candidate will work from our offices in Alderley Edge reporting directly to the Business Support Team Leader and ultimately to the Operations Director.
Hours: 39½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.
Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 24 days p.a., plus public holidays
Basic salary: £12,000 - £14,000 p.a. dependent upon experience reviewed in May of each year.

Duties to include but not restricted to:
• ensuring incoming contracts are fully and correctly completed and entered onto the in house system;
• contact customers and partners directly to obtain any missing information that is required
• Sending line rental orders and provisioning customer’s lines for CPS
• general duties within the Business Support Department
Essential Skills:
• Good customer service skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team
• Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and suppliers
Preferred Skills:
• Telecoms Industry Knowledge
