Deloitte Fast 50
Chess ranks 31st in 2007 Deloitte Technology Fast 50
On 22nd October 2007 Chess was ranked number 31 in the 2007 Deloitte Technology Fast 50, a ranking of the 50 fastest growing technology companies in the UK & Ireland. Rankings are based on average percentage revenue growth over five years. Chess grew 1288 percent in this period.
The list is compiled from Deloitte’s nominations submitted directly to the Fast 50, and public company database research. To qualify for the Fast 50, entrants must have had 2002 operating revenues of at least 50,000 Euros. Deloitte researchers examined financial statements to validate operating revenues.
Chess Chief Executive, David Pollock credited the hard work and determination of Chess people and their commitment to quality, service and innovation, with its inclusion in the 2007 list.
“Making the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is a testament to Chess’ commitment to technology,” he said. “This is the second year Chess has made the national list. Deloitte Fast 50 measures sustained revenue growth over five years, so being included a second time is an impressive achievement. We are proud of our continued growth and inclusion in the list demonstrates our vision and determination to grow in a challenging and competitive industry.”
