Fixed Line and Broadband Support
Chess Telecom, one of the UK’s fastest growing telecommunication companies, is looking for an enthusiastic and committed person to join their Support Team.
The successful candidate will work from our offices in Alderley Edge reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.
Hours: 37½ hours per week Monday to Friday, normal office hours apply.
Holiday Allowance: 20 days paid holiday p.a. increased upon anniversaries, ultimately to 24 days p.a., plus public holidays
Basic salary: Up to £14,000 - £16,000 p.a. dependent upon experience reviewed in May of each year.
Bonus: OTE 19,600 p.a.

Duties to include but not restricted to:
• Liaising with Customer Service Team and Carriers to resolve customer faults
• Logging of faults on relevant systems via internet or by phone with carrier networks
• Advise customer of progress on faults and update records
• Further support following procedural training
Essential skills:
• Broadband and/or Fixed Line product knowledge
• Good computer skills
• Pleasant telephone manner
• Attention to detail
